Hi and welcome to my page! My name is Nadia – mama of two little souls, scientist, and doula in Gothenburg (Sweden) and online.
I offer both professional and personal support for those who are expecting a baby or have recently become parents. No matter where you are on your journey, I will meet you exactly as you are – with presence, attentiveness, and deep respect for your choices.
My goal is to protect your experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I will hold space for you, so that you can step into parenthood feeling seen, supported, and empowered.

Why hire a doula?
Hiring a doula is far from a luxury trend. It's a way to reconnect with the ancient birth traditions where women supported one another through life's major transitions.
A doula offers continuous, personal support — during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She brings steady, grounding support to both the birthing woman and her partner, and helps cultivating confidence and trust in the body's innate ability to birth.
Unlike midwives, a doula has no medical responsibility, but her presence can make a difference. With her experience in childbirth she can offer guidance and strengthen the communication with caregivers.
Research shows that continuous support during labor can reduce rates of cesarean birth, shorten labor, decrease the need for medical pain relief, and increase the likelihood of a positive birth experience — for both the birthing woman and her partner.
